This Drug Safety Conference will bring together Food and drug safety research practitioners, Industrialists, researchers, educators and students from around the globe who are interested in the field of food safety, Food Chemistry, Drug Safety, bioactive ingredients in food, Food Nutrition, alternative medicine, food products, functional foods and dietary management.

Food Chemistry is the science that gave rise to the Food Sustenance department. As the food chemistry subject deals with the chemical aspects of food (human and animal food), it covers the chemicals used to produce food, reactions due to the mixing of multiple ingredients during manufacture, Storage of food in different types of containers. The basic focus should also be to maintain a sufficient amount of micronutrients (vitamins, minerals) and macronutrients (carbohydrates, proteins and fats) in packaged and processed food. The food Technologists institute characterizes food science as the train in which designing organic and physical sciences are utilized.
