As the most extensive exposition in the industry, the AHIMA Convention and Exhibit attracts decision makers and influencers in HIM and HIT. Last year in Atlanta over 3,500 registered attendees walked the exhibit floor looking for solutions in areas such as the electronic health record (EHR), clinical vocabularies and mapping, revenue cycle management, workflow, interoperability, transcription, and much more. These decision makers are looking for the solutions you can provide.

We are currently accepting applications to exhibit. Exhibit space is $26/square foot, and payment deadlines are on the application. The exhibit fee includes your booth space, side rail, and back drape, a company ID sign, a free listing in the online Exhibitor Directory and printed Final Program, and a complimentary post-show mailing list of attendees. The exhibit fee does not include carpet.

Applications will be accepted until space is sold out. Please note that to take advantage of all pre-show marketing opportunities including the Final Program you will need to submit your application to exhibit by July 19.
