NODE Health 4th Annual Digital Medicine Conference

node health

NODE.Health is delighted to announce the 4th Annual Digital Medicine Conference – Evidence Matters. Never before has the transformation of our healthcare system been more important. The ongoing pandemic has been tragic for our country, but as history has told us time and time again, there is opportunity in moments of crisis. This time is no different. As an organization made up of the health professionals fighting on the front lines, we are more dedicated than ever to bringing practical, evidence-based perspectives for our members and our wider audience.

This year’s theme “Evidence Matters”, captures the importance of truth in what we say, what we claim, and what we believe – in a world that is increasingly confused by false pronouncements. But the theme is more nuanced and complicated than one might initially believe. Knowing when evidence matters and where it matters is important of course. But knowing when it should not matter (or matter as much) is fundamental to innovation and, at times, is a critical distinction that could save lives. Understanding when to leverage unproven, but promising digital health tools may help a young child receive a digital therapeutic or a teenager get access to Artificial Intelligence (AI)- enabled virtual mental health services.
