Mr. McCracken brings a 25-year track record of accelerating sales growth at technology companies and expanding global market categories.

Most recently, McCracken led the Jive Software global sales organization as Worldwide Senior Vice President of Sales, helping to drive the company’s growth through its IPO and establish its leadership in the Social Enterprise category. Prior to Jive, McCracken served as Senior Vice President of Sales at Inovis. McCracken also served as Vice President of Sales, Americas for Mercury Interactive Corporation, where he helped drive the company to leadership in the Business Technology Optimization category. He has also held executive management positions at Checkfree Corporation, American Express, Warrantech, and PC Service Source, and served as an Advisory Board Member for iConclude.
