Wallack extends board depth as the company positions itself for the next stage of growth and financial success
Kareo, the leading provider of cloud-based solutions for independent medical practices, today announced the addition of Perry Wallack, co-founder and CFO of Cornerstone OnDemand, Inc. CSOD, -0.56% to its board of directors. As the company enters its next phase of growth, Wallack will provide additional financial and operational depth to the Kareo Board of Directors and will serve as a valuable resource for company leadership as Kareo pursues its mission to help small medical practices succeed.
Wallack brings over 20 years of executive experience in operations, finance, accounting, and tax to the Kareo board. As co-founder of Cornerstone OnDemand, Wallack has played a key role in growing Cornerstone from inception to one of the largest and most successful SaaS companies in the world. As CFO, Wallack guided Cornerstone through its successful IPO in 2011. Beyond the IPO, Wallack has successfully raised public and private equity, debt and commercial bank financing to sustain Cornerstone’s growth since November 1999. Prior to founding Cornerstone OnDemand, Wallack was responsible for managing tax and audit staff, and implementing numerous business enhancement processes at Ernst & Young.
