As of March 7, 2013, CoreLab Partners, Inc. was acquired by BioClinica, Inc. CoreLab Partners, Inc. provides linical trials, medical image assessment, and cardiac safety solutions and services to the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and medical device sponsors of Phase I–IV studies in the United States and internationally.

Its medical imaging services include central nervous system imaging, oncology imaging, molecular imaging, medical image interpretation and assessment, modalities, regulatory, consulting, dual energy X-ray absorptiometry, and tracking and reporting. The company’s cardiac safety analysis services comprise protocol development and study design, regulatory guidance and support, charter development, image facility qualification, radiation dose assessment/medical physics, and training and educational seminar services.

In addition, CoreLab offers equipment rental, and local and global clinical studies support services to sponsors; and image analysis services for clinical studies in various therapeutic categories, including cardiology, central nervous system, diabetes, diagnostic agents, musculoskeletal, neurology, oncology, and medical device studies.

The company was formerly known as Princeton Radiology Pharmaceutical Research, LLC and changed its name to CoreLab Partners, Inc. in February 2010. CoreLab Partners, Inc. was founded in 1998 and is headquartered in Princeton, New Jersey. The company has additional offices and locations in Shanghai, China; Tokyo, Japan; Munich and Langenfeld, Germany; and Bethesda, Maryland.
