Dekalb Community Service Board, Thank you for visiting the DeKalb Community Service Board’s careers page. We are an innovative, community-based public mental health, addiction and developmental disabilities organization serving more than 11,000 clients annually at locations across DeKalb County, Georgia.  We are proud to employ more than 500 highly qualified and dedicated medical, clinical and support staff.

DeKalb Community Service Board (CSB) is an innovative, community-based behavioral health and developmental disabilities services organization located in metropolitan Atlanta, Georgia, offering a full range of mental health services, developmental disabilities programs and substance abuse treatment to more than 10,000 citizens annually who are uninsured and underinsured. As a public, not-for-profit organization, the DeKalb CSB operates more than 20 locations in DeKalb County with a diverse workforce of more than 500 direct-care and support staff.

Our staff of physicians, nurses, clinicians and support personnel is dedicated to helping our clients and their families recover from these debilitating disabilities and resume productive lives. We strive to provide the highest quality, evidence-based services in the least restrictive settings, and we envision a community in which disabilities no longer limit potential. DeKalb CSB is accredited by the Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities (CARF).

DeKalb CSB offers treatment services that range from crisis and residential treatment programs, psychosocial and peer day treatment programs, supported employment, outpatient counseling, psychiatric care and medications, nursing services, and community based case management and skill building.  Our team of behavioral health professionals will partner with you to develop a personalized treatment plan to help you in your path to recovery.

DeKalb CSB offers mental health outpatient and community support services for children and adolescents with behavioral, emotional and substance use disorders.  Our team of behavioral health professionals engage children, adolescents, families and other natural and formal supports and services to develop a child/family-driven, strength-based and solution-focused plan of services to support the child and family in meeting their goals.
