As of October 2, 2006, eStara, Inc. was acquired by Art Technology Group, Inc. eStara, Inc. provides conversion and contact solutions that bridge the gap between online and offline transactions. It provides Click to Call service, which enables online customers to speak directly with a customer service representative through their PC; Call Tracking service, which enables local media publishers, ad networks, and agencies to keep their advertisers informed on call-through rates and ROI for any online or offline ad placements; and Click to Chat service, which offers integration with eStara’s Click to Call, and various features including page push and co-browse capabilities.
