Welcome to our website and thank you for taking a moment to learn more about The Excel Center.

My name is Monica Mori, Licensed Professional Counselor, and the Director of the Excel Center.  I have worked in the mental health field with children and adolescents for the past 7 years.  I’ve had the pleasure to be a part of the Excel Center Team since 2011. I received my Bachelor Degree in Science with an emphasis in Child and Family Studies from Tarleton State University and my Masters Degree from Tarleton State University with a Master’s of Science in Counseling Psychology.  Born and raised in the Fort Worth area, my heart is fully dedicated to serving the Fort Worth community.  I truly believe that everyone’s story is worthy of being told, and I am honored when a family displays their trust in me to be a part of their journey. Prior to admission, we ask that you complete this Referral Card which will be kept in confidence.

Additionally, we ask that you bring all bottles of prescribed medications, proof of insurance, current photo ID, copy of birth certificate, social security card, and any previous assessment materials such as a recent psychological evaluation, current ARD paperwork, and custody paperwork if applicable.
