As a physician led company, our goal is simple, and that is to train physicians, nurses and other healthcare professionals faster, so they can provide better care for their patients, and get home in time for dinner each day. Like travelers who want to reach their destination as fast as possible, we believe training should be measured by outcome, not length of time. By targeting training to the individual’s role, specialty and even performance on clinical quality measures, we cut training time by at least 50%. Training is also much more relevant to the learner, increasing their attention, and knowledge retention. Our first customer was a 40 physician Orthopedic group 2 years ago, and now have some of the largest health systems in the world fully implemented and very pleased with their learner feedback and ROI.
