Utilizing Tablet PC technology, MDTablet™ provides the physician with the ability to continue hand-writing patient chart information while digitally storing the entered information.
Using MDTablet™, a physician will be able to use his or her charting techniques that have been in place in the practice without disrupting current operations. The physician will use a digital pen and/or voice transcriptions to enter current care data regarding a patient in the examination room. MDT’s unique approach is a natural and intuitive extension to current practices with a physician’s office. Office forms can be scanned as templates and can be used and marked up by the physicians in digital format just as if it was a piece of paper in a folder. Any item can be retrieved and printed for use by labs, pharmacies, hospitals, specialists, etc. These items can then be faxed directly from MDTablet™.
