Paradigm Health Services, founded in 1996, provides a broad range of mental health services to the residents of long-term care facilities throughout the Southeastern United States. Paradigm’s multidisciplinary team includes physicians, psychiatrists, nurses, psychologists, and social workers, working together to insure that the best possible care is provided to each resident.
