Triad projects come in all sizes. Some require a project team of professionals from each of our technical specialties, while others use only one or two of our services. But even single-discipline projects rarely stand alone. They connect with a bigger process that began before we started and will continue after we finish up. At Triad, every project benefits when we keep this connectivity in mind. That’s why we continuously apply what we know beyond the borders of our individual departments, finding solutions that consider a variety of viewpoints.

Professional engineers Thomas Schubert and James Frazell founded Triad Associates, Inc. in 1975 to help communities address their infrastructure needs, predominately in water and wastewater design. As our civil engineering firm grew, we added services such as architecture and landscape design to better serve our municipal clients. Triad Associates’ headquarters is on the grounds of Fort Benjamin Harrison in Indianapolis, and we also have a satellite office in Goshen, Indiana. Our firm’s mission has always been to develop long-lasting relationships with communities based on trust and service. We work with clients to brainstorm solutions, get them down on paper, finalize designs, and see them through to completion. That commitment gives our clients peace of mind, since they know we’re looking out for their long-term interests. We won’t make short-sighted decisions that may not serve them, because we hope to still be active in their communities for decades to come.
