The Village at Unity is a nonprofit independent living community with on-site access to quality health care services, if ever needed. Owned and operated by Unity Health System, Rochester’s retirement living leader since 1990, we completed a major renovation in 2013. This ensures we’ll continue providing for the wants and needs of our senior residents today and in the future.

The most notable aspect of The Village is that we’re the only independent living community offering a variety of rental pricing options and a full continuum of care that includes assisted living, memory support, skilled nursing and short-term care with a hospital on campus. Unity Hospital provides our residents access to its full range of services, with more than 600 doctors and specialists at more than 70 locations throughout Rochester.
