Macquarie University Health Implements Automation Platform for Patient Records

Macquarie University Health has adopted Newgen’s content management and process automation platform to manage patient documents.
The platform enables secure capture and storage of information from handwritten notes, barcoded labels, and multi-patient PDFs.
Additionally, it provides real-time search, batch upload functionality, and a fully searchable repository.
“More than just improving efficiency, the platform has provided us with a flexible digital foundation, enabling us to develop innovative, patient-centered care models,” said Abraham Bisseh, Director of IT at Macquarie University Health.
