Medexprim announces the appointment of Fabrice Pillon to the position of Customer Service Director

Paris, France, June 16 th, 2021 Fabrice Pillon joins the management of Medexprim today as Custumer Service Director. This
appointment marks a turning point in the development of Medexprim, allowing to make operational excellence one of the pillars of its development. The deployment of this strategy of excellence aims to offer the best efficiency to Medexprim’s clients and partners.

Romain Cazavan, CEO of Medexprim: “Fabrice is a formidable professional who combines the mastery of large company processes with the energy necessary for the development of a start-up. His expertise will allow us to gradually industrialize the customer success processes that we have always deployed in a personalized manner on each project. Our goal is to achieve excellence in everything we deliver to our
customers and partners. ”

After training as a telecommunications engineer, Fabrice Pillon dedicated his career to healthcare IT, in particular to the deployment of computerized patient records in hospitals in France and abroad, and to the industrialization of delivery processes.

Fabrice’s role will cover support, IT integration, leveraging our data partners’ databases, quality and compliance of deliverables, and collaboration between the sales and R&D departments.

Fabrice Pillon on his appointment: “Medexprim’s mission is very inspiring: provide clinical research with high quality real patient data, in order to facilitate the development of new treatments or diagnostic algorithms. This mission is served by a highly qualified team that combines automated processing technologies and expertise related to privacy protection, via pseudonymization and anonymization
processes. My ambition is to be a team leader and facilitator. We have the responsibility to honor the contracts signed with our clients who are very innovative and demanding. They expect from us a real pact of trust, both in terms of data quality and deadlines. Also, I will make sure to surround myself with a team of experts and to be in a process of continuous improvement of our delivery processes. Being
demanding in a benevolent way is for me the DNA of our team.

” With the arrival of Fabrice Pillon, Medexprim aims to consolidate its status as an industrial player recognized for the excellence of its processes, while maintaining its agility as a start-up.
