The satisfaction is not limited to Ohioans’ staff. Improved productivity and care delivery have created a positive reaction among patients. CMS Home Health Compare patient satisfaction surveys indicate that when asked, patients rated the overall care from Ohioans at 91 percent compared to the 82 percent Ohio average.
