The enhancements to Intellechart EHR are specifically designed to meet the specific documentation demands of ophthalmologists, helping ensure compliance as they transition to ICD-10 without sacrificing efficiency.

IntelleChart 6.6.2 includes the following key functionalities:
- Intelligent ICD-10 enhancements: Rather than using a walk through or translation table, the system is able to auto-generate codes, saving the provider from having to learn several new codes, while also highlighting areas where documentation may need additional information to ensure compliance.
- IntelleCheck: This feature works in conjunction with Adaptive Template Technology to flag potential problems with findings from a documented visit and notifies the doctor if a condition conflicts with the patient problem list. This eliminates mismatched findings, decreases the risk of audits and improves care overall.
- HTML5: The system will now support full browser portability, making IntelleChart accessible on a number of host platforms. A patient detail window in HTML5 will also provide users with access to the entire suite of patient information, anywhere, anytime.
