ABELMed EHR-EMR/PM version 12 was initially certified for 9 clinical quality measures on September 5, 2014 by ICSA Labs, an Office of the National Coordinator-Authorized Certification Body (ONC-ACB) and is compliant in accordance with applicable eligible provider criteria adopted by the Secretary of Health and Human Services (HHS). ICSA Labs certified ABELMed EHR-EMR/PM version 12 for 33 additional clinical quality measures on October 17, 2014.

The additional software relied upon to comply with one or more of the certification criteria includes: EMR Direct phiMail Server, First Databank, Meinberg NTP v4.2.6P5, Microsoft SQL Server and popHealth.
The additional types of costs that an Eligible Provider would pay to implement this Complete EHR’s capabilities in order to attempt to meet meaningful use objectives and measures include: One time license acquisition fee, monthly maintenance charges, charges for any additional modules or custom development.
