Based on the agreement, CGM and The Weston Group, Inc. will collaborate to develop a customized set of modules to meet workflow and reporting requirements, specific to the delivery of rehabilitation services. This set of modules will significantly expand the functionality within CGM’s web-based electronic health record solution — CGM webEHR™ and will facilitate the complete alignment of care provided by The Weston Group across multiple locations nationwide. These services include Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Speech Therapy, Hospice Care, Home Healthcare as well as Alcohol and Drug (A&D) Rehabilitation. The Weston Group, Inc. also offers a full line of post-acute ancillary services and Accountable Care Organization (ACO) services.
