What if your personal tech had the power to help you lead a longer richer life instead of just connecting you to pictures and stories from friends?

iBeat, a wearable technology startup launched by Practice Fusion founder Ryan Howard and a team of Practice Fusion veterans intends to do exactly that, with a mission to empower people with the freedom to be fearless, explore and live longer, fuller lives.

The idea to start iBeat came after a childhood friend of Howard’s, Marc Duntley, suddenly passed away in his sleep. He was only 40 years old. Howard took this as his cue to start a company that, like Practice Fusion, helps save lives, but in a more personal manner – by speeding the delivery of care.
