Telerx Launches CaseTrack360 Customer Engagement Solution

Telerx, a leader in multi-channel engagement of consumers, patients, healthcare professionals and enterprise personnel, has launched CaseTrack360, a cutting-edge solution that utilizes Pegasystems Inc.’s Pega 7 unified platform to enable integrated customer journeys and improved healthcare outcomes. With CaseTrack360, Telerx and its clients will be able to engage customers through a central touch point during all phases of a product’s life cycle.
