As the site administrator for the gBus, gMed’s online training environment, Tessa is the builder, the creator, and the manager. She is responsible for building learning resources for knowledge transfer to both clients and staff. She is the happiest when learning, building team rapport, and organizing. She has a strong project management background and also enjoy a nice flow chart for a process improvement project.
