SES Connect to Streamline Communications for All Providers
Secure Exchange Solutions (SES), a leading provider of interoperable, cloud-based clinical data exchange technology, announced a collaboration with the Louisiana Health Care Quality Forum (LHCQF), a not-for-profit healthcare improvement organization that manages the statewide health information exchange. Secure Exchange Solutions will deliver SES Connect to the LHCQF network to address the need for faster, streamlined communications.
SES Connect provides a web services Application Programming Interface (API) that provides an accelerated path to seamless integration of Direct communications with any healthcare application, including electronic health record (EHR) systems, patient portals, clinical data repositories (CDRs) patient health applications and practice management systems.
Through this partnership, the LHCQF lets health care providers across multiple care delivery continuums in Louisiana electronically complete, store, and access patients’ records. This collaboration will help enhance the state’s current patient record protocol, enabling hundreds of facilities within its network to securely transmit and easily access vital patient clinical care information, making it easy for providers to more effectively coordinate care, ensure patient compliance, and streamline procedures.
SES Connect improves the efficiency and cost-effectiveness of clinical workflows while positively impacting patient outcomes. Aligned with industry standards, SES Connect enables the flow of clinical information at critical points of care, enabling industry stakeholders to optimize care transitions and expedite plan-provider data exchange, review and decision-making.
