Thryve Digital Rebrands as enGen to Streamline Global Operations and Drive Healthcare Innovation
Thryve Digital, the global capability center for a leading U.S. health insurer and hospital network, has rebranded as enGen, marking a key step in its global integration strategy. The new identity unifies its U.S. and India operations, strengthens its market positioning, and reinforces its role as a healthtech subsidiary of Highmark Health.

Founded in 2014 as HM Health Solutions Inc., enGen supports millions of members across the U.S. with end-to-end technology and business services for health payors and providers. The India team plays a central role, powering core platforms, driving digital transformation, and supporting mission-critical operations. The rebrand fully aligns India with enGen’s global identity, recognizing its impact on clients and members across time zones.

“This rebrand reflects who we are today—a globally integrated healthtech leader,” said Marcus Johnson, Head of Growth and Enterprise Effectiveness. “For our people, it creates pride in being part of a unified multinational. For clients and partners, it strengthens our value and simplifies our identity. And for the industry, it signals our readiness to lead with scale, agility, and one cohesive vision.”

The rollout will continue through 2025. While the Thryve Digital name will be retired externally, day-to-day operations and structures remain unchanged. With a single identity and globally distributed teams, enGen aims to accelerate healthcare innovation, deliver scalable solutions, and shape the future of healthtech.
