In the second quarter of 2016, Wyckoff Heights Medical Center expanded its relationship with Allscripts (NASDAQ:MDRX) by selecting the Sunrise solution to replace its legacy electronic health record (EHR) and provide an integrated patient record and support revenue cycle management. In addition, the Medical Center also chose Allscripts Staff Augmentation for its Managed Services & Professional Services.
Wyckoff Heights Medical Center is a 350-bed teaching hospital that sees 90,000 visits annually in its pediatric/adult emergency departments and offers outpatient services through a network of community ambulatory care centers. The organization will use the integrated suite of Allscripts Sunrise solutions for acute care, radiology and revenue cycle management, which will help lead the transition to value-added care and improve clinical decision support. An existing Allscripts EDTM and Allscripts® Care Management client, Wyckoff chose to build on its success and take advantage of Sunrise’s clinical functionality.
