HIMSS24: eClinicalWorks boosts efficiency with AI

The EHR provider has swiftly incorporated artificial intelligence into its entire range of products over the past year, aiming to automate healthcare processes and improve both provider and patient experiences.

At HIMSS24, eClinicalWorks will unveil its latest advancements, primarily centered around the integration of artificial intelligence (AI) into healthcare workflows to alleviate physician burnout and enhance patient satisfaction.

Among the key developments showcased will be the integration of AI across various aspects of their Electronic Health Record (EHR) system, aimed at streamlining processes and improving efficiency. This includes solutions such as an AI-powered no-show prediction model designed to reduce missed appointments and increase access to care, and an Image AI solution that automates document processing and filing within patient records.

Additionally, eClinicalWorks will feature advancements like Sunoh.ai, an ambient listening technology for clinical documentation, and robotic process automation (RPA) for automated navigation within the EHR interface. These innovations aim to empower providers with tools that not only enhance workflow efficiency but also prioritize patient care and satisfaction.

Visitors to the eClinicalWorks booth at HIMSS24 can expect to explore these AI-driven solutions firsthand, demonstrating how they contribute to better healthcare outcomes, improved administrative efficiency, and enhanced patient experiences.
