Allegiance Health Management is a post acute healthcare management company based in Shreveport, Louisiana. We are leaders in the specialty medical fields of inpatient geriatric psychiatric units, intensive outpatient psychiatric services, critical access and long-term acute care (LTACH) hospitals. We are currently operating in Louisiana, Texas, Oklahoma, North Carolina, Mississippi, Georgia and Arkansas.
