He has been a director of Symmetricom, (NASDAQ, timing and synchronization solutions  2006 to 10/2013); Chairman of TranSwitch Corporation, (NASDAQ fabless ASIC, SOC, chip maker 2004 to 2008); Founding member, in 1998, of the NYISO board of directors and Chairman of the Audit and Compliance Committee 2007 to the present. Mr. Boschulte is a retired senior officer of both AT&T and Verizon, having run major line operating organizations over a period of 30 years. He has a BME and an MSME from the City University of New York.
