Ben Quirk has worked in the healthcare industry for more than 10 years. He began his career as an analyst, working for an Independent Practice Association (IPA) based in northern California. There he played a key role in the company’s successful effort to win a major contract with the California Public Employee Retirement System (CalPERS), helping to merge that organization’s technology and business operations. Discovering an aptitude for both business and technology, he moved on to an executive position with a Florida-based firm specializing in EHR consulting.
In his role as CEO of Quirk Healthcare Solutions, Ben guides the company in developing strategies and systems in support of new government initiatives and healthcare trends. His clients have enjoyed remarkable success, receiving millions of dollars in Meaningful Use incentives as well as the coveted Medicare Advantage 5-star rating.
