Medalogix Forges Alliance with Homecare Homebase, a Home Health EHR Company

homecare homebase

Health care analytics company Medalogix has partnered with Homecare Homebase, a home health electronic medical record company.

Through the deal, terms of which were not disclosed, providers will have access to Medalogix analytics to identify at-risk patients. The Nashville company will also incorporate clinical workflow steps and other population health management solutions.

“We’re thrilled to partner with Homecare Homebase to provide software and services that will have a meaningful impact on patient care,” Dan Hogan, Medalogix CEO, said in a release. “This year has already been a significant growth year for Medalogix. More importantly, we have been able to provide solutions to more post-acute care providers so they can better service their patients.”
